My kids room old v/card was lost and got new one but when i insert it comes up unauthorised card is there a way around it with out my phoning sky any waiting ages to speak to anyone.
or do i have to contact them.

Any ideas?

ccerr30783 is an unknown quantity at this point

Yeah if you lost the old card you will have to ring sky so they can do the pairing over the phone and it will take up to 48 for the card to work as it not just a simpliy card pair if you do not have the old card.
